white bean dip

White bean dip


  • 1 can white kidney beans
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1/2 c parmesan
  • salt/pepper
  • 1/4 c water

Fill the blender with water and the kidney beans.  Blend and add the rest of the ingredients.  Blend until smooth.  Serve with carrots or chips.  It's better than hummus!
