omelette

Omelette


  • asparagus (lightly cooked)
  • ricotta cheese
  • red onions and red peppers cooked
  • sesame and poppy seeds
Mix 2 eggs with a splash of milk and the seeds.  Put a bit of oil in the pan and let the eggs cook until they're almost cooked on top.  Put your ingredients in and flip one side over.  Let it cook until the cheese is a little melty and enjoy!
