the unApolOgetic veGetAriaN: Based in Toronto and a photojournalist on the move, Jen Colenutt has visited over 45 countries and counting! She has contributed travel stories for Canoe, The Toronto Sun and updates her travel blog - the unapologetic vegetarian - with routes and tips for new nomads in her spare time. After a couple of life-altering trips to India and Africa, she has started raising money for charity by hosting dinner parties that engage strangers in conversation. She is also the co-founder of the Happiness Revolution, aimed at helping people to find their road to the definition of happiness.
